Refund & Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your commitment to personal and professional growth. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all participants.

1. Refund Policy for Paid Programs

Live Coaching & Workshops:

Once a program has started, refunds will not be issued. If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session or nominate another participant in your place.

Online Courses & Digital Programs:

Since these are digital offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please email support@epiclife.academy, and our team will assist you promptly.

Exceptional Cases:

Refunds may be considered only in special circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment) and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually.

2. Cancellation Policy

If Epic Life Academy cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to attend a future event.

If you wish to cancel your participation, please email support@epiclife.academy at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to comply with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
